About me

Lisa Kondi

Welcome to my page, I’m so happy you found me! I’m Lisa Kondi, a master fitness trainer at Kondi Fitness and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in Vancouver, Canada. I absolutely love food. My earliest memories are being in the kitchen with my mom baking banana bread and muffins, those were our specialties, and trying new recipes weekly. Decades later and my happy place is still the kitchen.

My focus is helping busy women eat to balance their blood sugar to reduce bloating, increase energy, learn how to nourish your body properly for sustainable weight loss. My efforts are to help others find their healthiest relationship with food, which means ditching the scale, ignoring calorie counting and listening intuitively to what the body needs.

There is nothing like the feeling of getting to know your body and how good it feels when it’s thriving at it’s optimal level. My goal is to help you get to eat to have more energy, feel good in your own skin and to ultimately become the best version of yourself. I hope that my recipes inspire you to start living a healthy thriving life full of delicious food!

  • You can make a lot of the meals plant-based or remove the meat for a vegan option. It is all gluten-free and dairy-free so you can easily adjust to fit your dietary preferences. Depending which plan you choose, Lisa can personalize meal options to you!

  • Healthy weight management and healthy weight loss comes down to learning how to properly fuel your body. Lisa teaches you how to nourish and fuel your body to support a healthy metabolism and immune system as a well as fat loss if that is a goal for you!

  • The one month program is great for those who need a little help getting on track. I recommend the 3 month program for those who want to see sustainable healthy weight loss of greater than 5lbs, need more helping reduce bloating/IBS symptoms, those who really want to learn how to get to the bottom of chronic fatigue and sleep issues. It often takes about 90 days for us to create healthy habits that truly stick, and with this program I am there to hold you accountable and guide you every step of the way!

  • Absolutely! I can help you with healthy options for eating out and travel tips, supplements to bring with you to reduce the amount of EMFs from travel and more.

  • This comes down to your provider. Many plans are now covering Registered Holistic Nutritioinists but you will have to contact yours and confirm this.
