Welcome to my page, I’m so happy you found me! I’m Lisa Kondi, a master fitness trainer at Kondi Fitness and a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in Vancouver, Canada. I absolutely love food. My earliest memories are being in the kitchen with my mom baking banana bread and muffins, those were our specialties, and trying new recipes weekly. Decades later and my happy place is still the kitchen.
My focus is helping busy women eat to balance their blood sugar to reduce bloating, increase energy, learn how to nourish your body properly for sustainable weight loss. My efforts are to help others find their healthiest relationship with food, which means ditching the scale, ignoring calorie counting and listening intuitively to what the body needs.
There is nothing like the feeling of getting to know your body and how good it feels when it’s thriving at it’s optimal level. My goal is to help you get to eat to have more energy, feel good in your own skin and to ultimately become the best version of yourself.
