Crispy Salmon Bites
These were insane and were actually pretty easy to make!
Ingredients:
wild salmon
rice paper wraps
fresh jalapeño
avocado
cucumber
avocado or coconut oil
1 Tbsp tamari
3/4 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
Squeeze of fresh lime
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp fresh minced garlic
Method:
1. Heat pan with avocado/coconut oil at medium/high heat.2. Slice wild salmon into pieces and cooked half way through in the air fryer.
3. Add warm water to a large bowl and add rice paper wraps for about 10 seconds.
4. Thinly slice cucumber, jalapeño + avocado
5. Wrap the salmon, cucumber, jalapeño + avocado like a package and lightly fry on each side for about 1.5 mins each.
6. For the sauce: add the last 6 ingredients together
Dip each piece in when warm and enjoy for the most incredible flavour explosion 🤩
