Crispy Salmon Bites

These were insane and were actually pretty easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • wild salmon

  • rice paper wraps

  • fresh jalapeño

  • avocado

  • cucumber

  • avocado or coconut oil

  • 1 Tbsp tamari

  • 3/4 tsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar

  • Squeeze of fresh lime

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tsp fresh minced garlic



    Method:
    1. Heat pan with avocado/coconut oil at medium/high heat.

    2. Slice wild salmon into pieces and cooked half way through in the air fryer.
    3. Add warm water to a large bowl and add rice paper wraps for about 10 seconds.
    4. Thinly slice cucumber, jalapeño + avocado
    5. Wrap the salmon, cucumber, jalapeño + avocado like a package and lightly fry on each side for about 1.5 mins each.
    6. For the sauce: add the last 6 ingredients together

    Dip each piece in when warm and enjoy for the most incredible flavour explosion 🤩
