Matcha Kari Matcha
ElmHurst Almond Milk
Cinnamon
MCT Oil
Maca

Method:
To preserve the health benefits of matcha, the water temperature must not be boiling
Add 1 tsp matcha to mug with 1/2 cup hot water and use a hand held frother to mix
Add 1/2 cup warmed milk, cinnamon, splash MCT (about 1/2 tsp) and Maca (about 1/2 tsp)
Top with cinnamon and enjoy!
