As a Master Fitness Trainer and Registered Holistic Nutritionist in Vancouver, Canada, I am incredibly passionate about teaching others how to take control of their own health + wellness. After running into my own health issues and learning of so many others illnesses, I decided enough was enough. Our current medical system unfortunately doesn't know how to properly prevent disease, which is why becoming your own advocate for your health has never been more important.
My focus is helping busy women eat to balance their blood sugar, reduce bloating and increase energy. Not only that, I help women find their healthiest relationship with food, which means ditching the scale and understanding what the body needs. My efforts come from my own experience with constant fatigue, bloat, and brain fog until I figured out how to use food as medicine.
